OUR STORY

Bringing Dreams To Life
Wildcat Ranch began as more than just land...it was a dream I carried since childhood. From sliding down pond banks on cardboard to celebrating milestones in the pasture, this place has always been where the best memories of my life were made. What starts as family ground as grown into something much bigger; a place to share with others.
What was once just my dream is now a dream we get to live together.
Unforgettable Experiences
At Wildcat Ranch, every corner tells a story. From quiet camping spots and trails to bonfires and big celebrations, we've built a space designed for connection. Whether you're here to stay, host or gather, we want every experience to feel unforgettable...something you'll carry with you long after you leave.
This isn't just about events or stays...it's about the memories you'l make here.

Meet The Wildcat Family
Brad, Kristen & Mae
We were both born and raised here in Noble County, and our roots run deep in this dirt. Brad grew up farming and ranching alongside his grandad, learning what hard work really means and what it feels like to take pride in a job well done. Kristen grew up in the oilfield with her grandad, where grit and long days were just part of life.
This land has been part of Kristen’s family for as long as she can remember. As kids, we didn’t call it “the farm” or “the ranch.” It was simply “The Ritchie,” after the family who owned it before us. It was where holidays were spent, where cousins played, where laughter carried across the fields. This land has always been a piece of our story — even before we knew we’d be building something bigger on it one day.
Brad spent 16 years at Ditch Witch before stepping away to start 22 Land Co., a land-clearing business built on turning raw ground into possibility. Kristen has worn a lot of hats over the years — real estate, photography, business building, and more — always chasing big dreams and bigger adventures.
Now, with our daughter Mae by our side, we’re building Wildcat Ranch. To us, this isn’t just about land. It’s about honoring where we came from while creating something new for the future. It’s about opening the gates and letting this place be where families make memories, where friends gather, where people propose, celebrate, and find a little piece of peace.
This ranch is legacy. It’s love. It’s hard work and hope tied together. And it’s just the beginning.
